Deepcrest Leadership

Executive coaching, step by step.

What is executive coaching?

Executive coaching is a structured, confidential engagement that helps a senior leader change how they lead and work, with goals agreed at the start, a defined end and a review along the way. It is performance work, not therapy.

(01) The three steps

From first call to a defined end.

  1. Step 01 · 20 minutes, free

    A real conversation

You describe what’s actually happening. I tell you honestly whether this is coaching, therapy or neither, and if it isn’t me, who it should be.

  2. Step 02 · Week one

    The read

A structured intake and, where useful, a stakeholder 360. You leave the first full session with a written account of the pattern and what we are going to change.

  3. Step 03 · Ongoing

    The work

Twice-monthly sessions, direct access between them, and a defined review at ninety days. If it isn’t working, we say so and stop.
