Deepcrest Leadership (“we”, “I”) runs deepcrestleadership.com. This page explains what information the site collects and what happens to it.

What you send me

If you use the contact form or email me, I receive what you choose to send: usually your name, work email, role and a short note. I use it only to reply to you and to arrange a consultation. Please don’t send health information or other sensitive details through the form.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and forwarded to my inbox. Email to hello@deepcrestleadership.com is routed through Cloudflare. I don’t sell or share your information, and I don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use advertising trackers or set marketing cookies.

Coaching clients

What clients say in coaching sessions is confidential and is covered by the engagement agreement, not by this website policy. Coaching is separate from therapy; therapy records at Lisa Chen & Associates are handled under that practice’s own privacy practices.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete anything you’ve sent me, email hello@deepcrestleadership.com. If you are a California resident, you have rights under California privacy law, and I will honor any request you make.
