Coaching is not therapy

Deepcrest Leadership provides executive coaching. Coaching is not psychotherapy or counseling, is not an employee assistance program, is not a substitute for mental health or medical treatment and is not covered by insurance. Lisa Chen is separately licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #140374) in California through Lisa Chen & Associates; coaching clients are not therapy clients.
